National Merit Scholarship Semifinalist, Elizabeth "Libby" Towell

Hampton High School is honored to announce it has a National Merit Scholarship Semifinalist, Elizabeth "Libby" Towell. There were approximately 16,000 students across the United States to be officially announced, and of these academically talented students, she will have an opportunity to continue in the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) competition for some 8,300 National Merit Scholarships totaling over $32 million. Currently, Libby is a senior at Hampton High School enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Programme. Dr. Vickie Vaughan and Libby Towell   School Counselor
