The International Baccalaureate Programme is offered by Hampton City Schools to provide the opportunity for academic excellence for all students. Two HCS schools are authorized as International Baccalaureate World Schools. Burbank Elementary World School teaches the IB Primary Years Programme and Hampton High World School offers the IB Diploma Programme. As required by the IB Organization, the documents, Diploma General Regulations, MYP General Regulations and PYP General Regulations, are available on this website to parents of all students enrolled in IB Programmes: Burbank Elementary School, Lindsay Middle School, and Hampton High School. As participants in the IB Programmes at these three schools, we encourage you to read your school’s document to understand the relationship between IB World Schools, IB students and the IBO.
